Inspired by the game of exquisite corpse and the cyclical nature of fermentation, this workshop led by Emilie Baltz is a generative pickling exercise. Participants will learn the basics of fermentation and leave with a jar of co-created pickles.

Each guest is required to bring their most (and least!) favorite food to share.
