Understand how the design firm translated Squarespace’s brand mission to empower entrepreneurs and the expanding independent workforce by helping them build a beautiful presence online, into a highly functional, elegant workplace representing the clarity and sophistication of the company’s all-in-one product. Through engaging Squarespace in a 3-month strategic workplace exploration, A+I discovered the directive for a design that allows employees to effortlessly pivot between individual and collaborative work. The design addressed the chaos and clutter that exists below the clarity of the creative process, what that clarity meant to the brand and how to bring the brand to life throughout the company’s physical space.
